Mountain View

My great love for the Appalachian Mountains inspired this piece. There is nothing more beautiful than the soft colors of the distant hill. This is a multi-layer glass landscape casting using fine powdered glass and glass paint to achieve depth and color. Look for the path through the trees…follow the light.

In 1978 we made our home in this wonderful old house in Baysinger Hollow…sweet memories. This is a pastel drawing which is available in two sizes as a giclee print.
